Fine. Give me about 10-15 minutes to write the next part. Unless I get distracted or something (me and my ADD), in which case it could be 20-30 minutes.

PART NINE: In which they really do go on Jerry Springer "I'm so nervous," I said as I sat next to Tre in the backseat of Billie Joe's car. We were driving to the studio to be on Jerry Springer. I felt really weird in my "hillbilly outfit", as Tre had deemed it. I wore a pair of cutoff shorts, a plaid shirt with the sleaves rolled up past the elbows, and my red hair in braids. I looked like I belonged on a sign in front of Wendy's. "Don't be," Tre laughed. "What's the worst that could happen? I mean seriously, how many people that are on that show really have those problems. I bet you 82% of them just make it all up." "I hope so," I laughed. Mike wasn't with us. He was driving my car, since us all showing up together would be a bit suspiscious. When the Jerry Springer people had asked Mike for "Daisy and/or Brad's home phone number", he had given them my phone number, just so they didn't suspect it was all a hoax. "Here we are," Billie announced. He turned around and looked at the two of us. Tre wore an old pair of baggy overalls and no shirt. His outfit was complete with a stalk of wheat for him to chew on. So much happened in the next few minutes. We were rushed backstage, and people kept calling me Daisy, which was weird. I had some lady put makeup on me. Then she asked if she could black out a couple of my teeth, just for effect. I said sure, and she did it. Then somebody else clipped a microphone on me and told me to just wait. I could hear Jerry talking into the microphone. "This is Charlie Fauck. He lives in Rodeo, California and he's in love with his sister." At this, the crowd let out a very disgusted groan. "But there's one problem. His sister is currently dating his cousin." The groan grew louder. Jerry started talking to Mike about something...asking him a few questions when Jerry suddenly said, "And here's his sister...Daisy Fauck!" I was shoved onto the stage and Mike gave me an apologetic look as he grabbed me and said, "Daisy, I love you. You can't stay with Brad forever. He's just a dumb fuck!" I tried not to laugh. I tried to make it look as real as possible. It was difficult. "What the hell you think you're doing?" Tre demanded as he walked onto the stage. Mike and Tre started pushing each other around, beating the living crap out of each other. I watched, not saying a word. "What do you have to say about all this, Daisy?" Jerry asked. I said the first thing that came to mind. "YOU KICK HIS ASS, BRAD!" The crowd started chanting. "Kick his ass! Kick his ass!" I watched, incredibly amused. Tre finally stood, dusted himself off a little and said, "You can't have her. She's mine." Tre gave me the same apologetic look that Mike had before and grabbed me, pulling me into him and forcing his tongue into my mouth. I didn't resist. I mean, not only was I supposed to pretend I was in love with him, but I really didn't mind. In fact, I enjoyed it quite a bit. Finally Mike pulled Tre away and slapped him across the face. And the audience started chanting again. Only this time they were saying, "TAKE IT OFF!" What the fuck? That was it. We were rushed offstage as soon as they realized I wasn't going to strip or anything. I stared at Tre. "What just happened?" I asked. He shrugged. After Jerry's final thought or whatever, we left. "Well," Billie said, looking at us. "That was an interesting way to spend the day." "Tell me about it," I sighed. "The best part was probably that I got to make out with Chris," Tre said. "Yeah, that was fun too." "Ew," Billie said. "You know, your hillbilly outfit is awfully sexy," Tre commented. "Your's ain't so bad either," I said, resuming the hick accent. "Get a room," Billie groaned from the front seat, and we laughed.

I'm glad I could entertain you. Now that Morgan's off camping or whatever, she won't be here to update, so I have to write twice as much to make up for her lack of doing so.
Or something like that.

PART TEN: In which Nona is introduced, Chris recieves a phone call, and they all watch "Date my Mom". "God, that was fun," I announced as I stepped out of the bathroom. I had just finished brushing off the stuff the lady had used to black out my teeth with. Tre, Mike, and Billie sat in my living room. Billie was channel surfing as Tre and Mike were shoving each other, continuing to pretend like they were Charlie Fauk and Brad Whatever-his-last-name-is. "What was fun? Going to the bathroom?" Mike asked. "No," I snorted. "The whole Jerry Springer thing." "I say we do it again," Tre laughed. "That wouldn't be suspicious," Billie mumbled sarcastically. "Well, maybe next time you could get Chris to actually take it off," Mike said to Tre, who just blushed and turned around so he was facing the TV. There was silence for the next couple of minutes as we all just stared at the TV and it's ever-changing channels. Billie finally said something. "Hey Chris, you remember Nona, right?" "Nona," I repeated. "No, not really." "Oh come on. She was in our second grade class. She was the only other girl with red hair besides you. And she was my first crush ever," Billie described. "So she was the one that started the girl crazy thing," Mike murmured, but Billie didn't hear him. "Well, sort of. I mean, I know who you're talking about, but I don't remember much about her. Why do you ask?" I questioned. "Cause she's a friend of mine. She's been in Nevada for most of the summer and she's coming back tomorrow. Maybe we could all hang out or something," he suggested. "That should be awkward," Tre laughed. "Why would it be awkward?" I asked. "Because she and Billie broke up for the 3rd time right before she left town," Mike explained. "Shut up," Billie mumbled, but he didn't really seem to care. "3rd time?" I repeated. "Yeah. Everytime the two of them break up, they end up getting back together. Watch. You'll be eating lunch with them or something, and they'll get right back together. It's as predictable as the sun rising and setting every day," Tre said. "Oh," I nodded. "Is she nice?" "Yeah. She's nice and funny and pretty and insanely loud-mouthed," Mike chuckled. "But if she was some ugly bitch, I don't think Billie would go back to her. He's smarter than that." Billie just rolled his eyes at this. He obviously didn't mind us gossiping about him. "If she's so great, then why do they keep breaking up?" "It's all Billie's fault, really," Tre said. "He'll get interested in some other girl, and since he's not into cheating or anything, he'll break up with Nona and go to the other girl." "You scumbag," I said to Billie. "That only happened once," he informed me. "It's not like that happened all three times. The other time we didn't really break up, we just decided we both needed a break or something. And last time we just got into a fight about something stupid that I can't even remember and we broke up." "Oh," I said. "I understand." "Well, do you want to hang out with me and her or not?" he asked. "Are Tre and Mike going?" The last thing I wanted to be was a third wheel. "I guess." "Okay then," I said. "When?" "Tuesday?" "Souds good," I said. The phone rang. "Let me get that." I dashed to the nearest phone and picked it up. "Hello?" "Hey." It was Jenny. "Hi." My voice cracked a bit as I felt the nerves growing. I had been in a pretty good mood up until this point. Now Jenny had to call and ruin it. "Is your dad there?" she asked. I could feel myself getting more and more pissed off. "He's at work like he is every day from 7 AM to 9 PM. You should learn his schedule, honey," I snapped. "Do you hate me?" "No." "Really? Cause you sound like you do." "Well, I don't. But I have to go now. Bye." I hung up before she had the chance to say anything else. "Who was that?" Tre asked. "Nobody important," I told him. And that was the truth. "So, what are we watching?" I asked, noticing that it had been quite some time since Billie had changed the channel. "MTV," he said. "Why?" I asked. "No idea," Mike mumbled. "What show is this?" Tre asked. "Date my Mom," Billie said. I twitched, thinking about Jenny and my dad. Tre noticed and patted me on the back. Shivers went up my spine and he moved his hand and brushed against my bra strap. I wasn't sure if he had noticed, but I sure as hell did. "That's a sick idea for a TV show," Mike said. "That's a sick idea period," I said. "Yeah. Why anyone would want to date someone more than 20 years older than them is beyond me. But the show isn't really about that. See, what happens it the guys go on a date with the mothers and learn more about the daughters. Then at the end, they decide which daughter they want to date based on what the mothers said," Billie explained. "That's still pretty fucked up," Tre said. "Indeed it is," I said.

PART ELEVEN: In which they have lunch with Nona and Chris's dad gets sick. "I can't believe Mike couldn't come," I said as we drove down the street to go pick up Nona. Mike had a job interview or something he had to go to, so he couldn't come with us to lunch. And now I was all nervous because it felt like it was going to be a double date or something. "Well, he has to pay rent to live in my house," Billie said. "So he kind of needs a job." "I don't pay rent and I practically live in your house," Tre said. "Don't point that out to my mom or she'll make you pay rent, too," Billie said as he pulled into a driveway. "Here we are." He climbed out of the car and went up to the front door. He returned a few minutes later with Nona. She had...changed. First off, she didn't have red hair anymore, which sucked for me, since her hair had always been more vibrant and noticable than mine. Now her's was a really dark brown, and the bangs were dyed pink. She smiled as she walked with Billie to the car and climbed into the front passenger side. "Hey, Tre," she said, then looked at me. "OH MY GOD! CHRISTINA!" "NONA!" I exclaimed, pretending to be a lot more excited than I really was. I don't know why, but I felt a little bitter towards this girl. Probably because now I was the only person I knew with really, really, REALLY bright red hair. I felt like she had abandoned me or something. Plus, she called me Christina. I hated when people did that. "How are you?" she asked, turning around in her seat to face me more comfortably as Billie drove to wherever it was we were going. "Pretty good," I said. "How about you?" "I'm doing well," she said, then looked at Tre. "Are you two dating?" "No," I said. But I didn't say it in a mean way or anything. "Not yet," Tre whispered, but I didn't let him know I had heard him. "What?" Nona asked. "Nothing," Tre murmured, smiling. "How was Nevada?" "Boring," she sighed. "It's not like we go to Vegas or any place interesting. My mom just drags me to her sister's house and we sit on our asses and do nothing all day." "Sorry to hear that," Tre said. "Me too. I would've much rather been here," she said. It didn't take long before we got to the restaurant we would be eating at. But it took forever before the waiter finally came over to take out orders. Nona ordered some salad thing and water. Billie got some onion rings and that was it because he said he wasn't really hungry. "I'll have the All-World double cheeseburger with everything and peppers," I said. Tre stared at me, open mouthed for a second, before telling the waiter he would have the same thing. "Those things are huge," Nona warned me. "I'm serious. My brother is a little pig, and he can't finish them." "I bet I can finish mine before you," Tre challenged. "I bet you can too," I said. He looked disappointed that I wasn't accepting the challenge. It was then that my cell phone rang. "Hello?" "Hey Chris. It's your dad." "Hey, Dad," I said, trying not to sound overly pissed at him. "What's up?" "Well, I'm not feeling so hot, so I'm taking the rest of the week off from work. I just wanted to let you know so you wouldn't be surprised when you get home and I'm here. By the way, where are you?" I was so used to him being and work all the time and not knowing if I was home or not that I never even bothered to tell him my plans. "I'm having lunch with Billie and Tre," I said. Nona coughed. "And my old friend Nona." "Oh," he said. "Well, I'll just be here if you need me." "Okay. Bye, Dad." "Bye honey," he said, then hung up. "God, I can't stand him," I mumbled as I shoved my phone back into my purse. "Why not?" Nona and Billie asked in unison. Then the two looked at each other and smiled. "Long story," Tre said. He knew I wouldn't want to explain. At that point, he reached over and put his hand on my thigh. His hand was extrememly warm, and I wasn't sure why he did it, but I didn't say a word.
